Looking for the perfect Thursday afternoon out with the family? Come down to Marktplatz for our 2nd Annual Sweets on the Square! We’ll be set up right under the pavilion alongside the Fredericksburg Farmers Market, so you can shop for fresh, local goods while the kids enjoy clouds of delicious, fluffy cotton candy!
Best of all? Everything at our booth is completely FREE for children, and adults can enjoy the sweet treats by donation. 100% of the proceeds directly benefit the Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund, helping support our local officer wellness campaign.

3rd Annual Casino Night

2nd Annual Casino Night
Join us for an exciting evening at the 2nd Annual Casino Night, hosted by the Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund. This community fundraiser offers a fun and engaging way to support the officers who serve and protect Fredericksburg.
Guests will enjoy an authentic casino-style experience with professional gaming tables, food, drinks, raffle prizes, and more. All proceeds go directly to supporting the programs and initiatives of the Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund.

Sweets on the Square
Sweets on the Square is a free, family-friendly event hosted by the Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund to celebrate the end of summer with our community. Held at Marktplatz on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 PM, the event offers sweet treats for children, fun activities, and the chance to connect with local law enforcement. While kids enjoy goodies at no cost, adults are invited to enjoy treats by donation. All proceeds benefit the Foundation Fund’s Officer Housing Campaign, which helps officers live in the community they serve.

The Gillespie County Sheriff's Office and Fredericksburg Police Department invite you to 'Coffee with a Cop' at McDonald's in Fredericksburg on December 5th from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Come by, enjoy a cup of coffee, and chat with local law enforcement in a relaxed, friendly setting. We look forward to seeing you there!
Casino Night Fundraiser
Join us for an evening of fun! The Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund is excited to present the first Inaugural Casino Night Fundraiser, hosted at the Hangar Hotel in Fredericksburg. The event will kick off with a Cocktail Hour at 5:30 PM, followed by a meal at 6:00 PM. Casino games will be open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, featuring blackjack, roulette, Texas Hold’em, and more! All your winnings can be used to try your luck at winning one of our fantastic raffle prizes. The $100 admission covers your meal and poker chips. Don’t miss out on a great night of entertainment!
